Dr. Katz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Davis.  He then went on to the University of Pacific School of Dentistry, where he earned his degree in dentistry in 1998.  Dr. Katz is certified by the Academy of General Dentistry.

In his spare time, Dr. Katz enjoys dining out, exercising, and spending time with his family.
